All travel, accommodation, and event entry expenses incurred by Premier Safety & Media Solutions (Premier SMS) for the purpose of attending and covering events are to be covered by the client. This includes, but is not limited to, costs associated with fuel, flights, hire vehicles, tolls, parking fees, and accommodation where required. For events located beyond a 20km radius of the Perth metropolitan area, travel charges will apply. Any interstate or regional travel requiring flights or overnight stays must be arranged or reimbursed by the client. Clients are also responsible for providing access or covering entry fees for Premier SMS representatives to attend and capture media at the event.
